Centrally located in one of the best areas of Los Angeles, Cheviot Hills has no passing traffic but is close to the shops and restaurants of Westwood and Century City. The famously opulent neighbourhood of Bel Air with its hidden mansions and supercar-lined streets is a residential area that's home to pop culture legends. Behind the grand gates off Sunset Boulevard is a suburban area with beautifully large homes and a real community feel. Though residing close to the A-List elite is attractive, it's the safety, privacy and excellent elementary schools that are a huge draw for families. Bel Air is also home to the exclusive Bel Air Country club which includes an 18-hole golf course and tennis court and the legendary landmark Hotel Bel Air.
